We fully understand the highly competitive nature of today’s business environment and strive towards a zero tolerance towards defective goods due to workmanship. Therefore, we exercise precautions in defining and documenting the customer’s quality requirements prior to commencement of production. First article samples produced by the factory in which the actual production will occur are sent to our customer for approval. Thereafter, the final inspection of all products is based as per the customer approved sample.

Additionally, we can comply with more stringent testing & inspection procedures such as ISO, BSI, QS9000 or CPSIA requirements.

All products are shipped FOB California. We handle all tariff classifications, customs documentation, import & export duties, quotas and shipping. We stay abreast of international customs regulations and related issues which could affect delivery.

Over 90% of shipments flow through shipping & customs without any delays whatsoever. If in the extremely rare event that such a delay beyond our control should occur, our policy is to immediately notify the customer.

Depending on your overall requirements, we can arrange for "Just In Time" delivery as well as drop shipping to customer designated locations throughout the United States. Rush shipments by air and/or partial order expediting is available.
